Publicly available information about you that you have published on the Internet – this may include sources such as LinkedIn and other social media profiles.

Search various databases, which may include your personal data, to find possible candidates to fill our job openings. Where We find you in this way we will obtain your personal data from these sources.

How We Store Your Personal Data

We store your personal data in our own system, it is stored on our own in-house main computer frame. By submitting your personal data, you agree to the transfer, storing or processing.

Lawful basis for processing

We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis on which We collect and use your personal data. Our legitimate interests are the search, selection and recruitment of personnel for our clients.

The success of our business depends on your trust, and we do not rent, exchange or sell your personal information to marketers outside of Foundry Recruitment. We do share your personal information for the well functioning of our business, for legal requirement but also for business development.

Personal Information Retention Period

We will retain Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The legal data retention period is of 5 years starting at the end of the business relationship, concerning data and documents relating to the identity of the customer. This retention period do not modify the regulation regarding the retention period for other professional documents that are specific to our profession.

We may transfer the personal information we collect about you to recipients in countries other than the country in which the information originally was collected. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer your information to recipients in other countries:

Foundry Recruitment is not responsible for the results of such postings.
